Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please do so in writing. Refunds are based on how early you cancel:
- 28+ days before your trip: 100% refund
- 21-27 days before your trip: 75% refund
- 14-20 days before your trip: 50% refund
- 7-13 days before your trip: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days before your trip: No refund
If you cancel less than 45 days before your booking, your deposit will not be refunded.
Weather & Safety Cancellations:
Your safety is our priority. If the Captain cancels due to bad weather or unsafe conditions:
- You can reschedule for free (no refunds).
- If weather changes suddenly during your trip and the Captain returns early, we will credit any remaining time towards your next booking.
- If there’s less than 1 hour left in your trip, it will be considered completed, and no credits will be given.
Rescheduling:
- If you need to reschedule for personal reasons, a $200 fee will apply.
- Rescheduling due to weather or safety concerns is free.
